FORD FIESTA ABS PUMP

Featured Replies

Hello, I got a ford foesta 1.2l 2004, the brakes has been ***** for awhile but recently fluid was empty so I did a check and couldn’t see fluid on none of the wheels (two new back cylinders) but I did find on the passenger side the arm very damp and on the floor and couldn’t see anything leaking so I assumed it was the abs pump, I replaced it with one off another Ford Fiesta and the brakes was 10x better but the abs light was on and I plugged the diagnostic in and it said abs module failure, I checked the fuses and one of the fuses was blown so I replaced it, took it for a drive and it popped again so I’m assuming this second hand one is dead/maybe water damage I don’t know, I’m wondering if one off a 1.6l focus work, they’re identical but codes slightly different.
