Hi everyone. I have posted this in the Puma forum but finding not many have the panoramic sunroof so hopefully someone on here can help as I know the Puma is based on the fiesta. 
I bought a brand new Ford Puma ST line X in July 2021 with a panoramic sunroof. I really love my car however on a number of occasions when it’s cold/ icy my sunroof has been frozen internally from front to back and lots of condensation. It’s been back to dealers twice and they are now saying this is normal on a panoramic sunroof. It’s currently there again. Surely this cannot be “ normal”. 
Has anyone else had this experience with a panoramic sunroof please?

    do you leave the climate control on and set to fully automatic ?

    I have the panoramic roof on my Focus and it remains dry and ice free, but then the inside of the car is dry so no moisture in the air to freeze.
