Hello good people. I wonder if anyone can help or guide me. I have a 2014 Ford Ikon 1.6 Duratec. Long story short, A clown at a local workshop was fettling around my glove box and somehow managed to deploy the passenger airbag. I managed to source a complete Fiesta dashboard  which was a perfect fit. The airbag physically looks slightly different but the complete unit fitted perfectly. Clown also pulled on the airbag connector till the wires pulled out the connector. Can anyone assist with wiring diagram or advise if the airbag ignitor wiring is polarity conscious? what will happen if the wires are reversed? Thanks in advance. Any and all guidance will be greatly appreciated.

The connector might be but if you are going to cut and splice a new one on, don't, replace the entire loom it's on, the different resistance values that you will create by cutting and splicing will cause the car to think it has an airbag fault

Hello guys, any idea if the wires are polarity conscious. I have the 2 wires dangling without an end connector. Will it go boom, if the wires are reversed. I have no intention to replace the harness
