New injectors do they need recoding ???siemens

Hello all , 

Right I've been doing so much hunting for the answer but really need someone to tell me correct answer 

So I've just purchased a new set of Siemens  injectors as old set was completely knackered 

Anyway I've heard that when you replace Siemens injectors they don't need recoding through forscan??

Is this correct as it I've read only delphi injectors need coding ? And whilst I'm racking  your brains could some one also tell me the correct torque settings for.rocker cover bolts and also also hex nut.bolts for the injectors
