Hi all

I'm technically not a new member on here as I've been a member since 2014.

I've had a break from Ford ownership for just over 5 years but now I've come back to the Blue Oval and I should be picking up my 2017 Mk5 Tdci ST-Line  (picture in my sig)on Friday and I can't wait.

Had Mondeo's before, a Mk1 Si 4x4 2.0l petrol saloon, a Mk1 Si 2.0l petrol saloon and a Mk2 ST24 saloon, along with Fiesta's and Focus.

Looking forward to being active in the Ford scene again and getting to you you guys.

    Is your 2017 Mondeo an automatic or manual as I am interested to know how reliable the powershift gearbox is for that year. You are probably aware of the dual-clutch gearbox problems with broken plastic parts on the clutch plate and dirty oil causing intermittent operation of the reed switches.

    Mine is a manual.  I was looking at a powershift model but I couldn't find one I liked
