Problem retrofiting a newer TravelPilot NX and BT/VC Module

Featured Replies

Hello I'm Nuno from Portugal and I appreciate you hekp with the following.
When I bought my 2008 S-Max it originally came with a Sony Radio with BT/VC.
After a while I retrofitted it to a TravelPilot FX, and it was plug and play. After some time I changed the FX for a
TravelPilot NX and it was also Plug and Play. A few weeks ago my wife started driving the van and told me she wanted a
reversing camera, so I had to change the NX for a newer NX with video input.
The radio is from a 2011 van.
I intalled the radio and also changed the BT/VC module for one with USB and Streaming.

Now I have two problems.

1 - My cell phone connects to the system, but when I make a call, I hear noise, and when I stream, nothing is heard.
2 - I have some radio keys without lighting.

Thanks in Advance

Best Regards

Nuno
