2015 Zetec Fiesta MK confirmation and wing mirror compatibility

Featured Replies

I have a 2015 Zetec, 1.25, 82hp, 3dr Fiesta, I am trying to confirm if it is a MK6, MK7, or MK7.5. The vehicle details state it's type is JA8 which I believe would make it a Mk6 Hatchback (JA8, JR8)? However its body looks like the Hatchback 2012-2017 (MK7.5) so I'm a little confused.

I am trying to find a replacement passenger wing mirror (Electric, heated, manual folding) - a number of VRAC sellers on ebay have told me a MK7 wing mirror isn't compatible but assuming they're not power folding I don't see why they wouldn't be if the donor car is in the same age bracket. According the this website, the 2012-2017 wing mirrors would be compatible. If anyone has experience or can help I'd very much appreciate it!

Thanks!

Sounds as if you have a UK Mk 7.5 🙂

Sounds more like he has a Mk1 Zephyr if it's got wing mirrors 🤣
