Mk7 to mk7.5 bluetooth radio upgrade

Featured Replies

I have a 2009 fiesta zetec s and have recently picked up the mk7.5 radio which has bluetooth unlike my older one, but ive realised that the connectors are different. Ive tried to look for an adapter  but haven’t had any luck since i dont really know what to search. Any help is appreciated.

There have been many posts on here about this, the general consensus is that mk7.5 radio's are not backwards compatible

I believe Bluetooth is a separate module and not built into the radio unit anyway.

Agreed !!

Give up on the idea now and save yourself a lot of pain.

You could of course just add the missing Bluetooth module to your existing radio
