Screen wash won’t work!!

So I thought my screen wash was frozen but it definitely isn’t!

I have a Ford Fiesta 2014 plate.

1) when I go press the screen wash button I don’t hear the motor.

2) my rear washer works fine!!

3) checked the fuses and they are all fine!

is it a case of replacing the motor pump - if so how do I test this? Or am I going to have to take this to a garage?

Thanks!!

Might not be pump, might be switch, might be wiring anywhere between switch and pump. If it was my car I would be at the wiring connector to the pump and using a voltmeter to see if voltage is there. It might be the pump and putting a new one in might fix it but you could also simply be wasting money on the pump if that’s not the problem.  I don’t know if that car has separate pump for front and rear.  If so maybe can swap pumps round to check.  Some cars have one pump and it runs in opposite direction for front or back wash.   If only one pump then it’s unlikely to be pump at fault as I feel most likely it would work for both or neither if fine or faulty
