Hi, I am a newbie so dont know the ropes!!!. Not long bought a 2010 Smax(Zetec level). I can use the steering wheel navigation buttons to set fuel usage etc. When entering the other menu ie anti skid/eco mode I can only turn the esp on/off. I cant go down the menu to eco mode and what ever is beyond. Local Ford dealer say need a new switch as there have been failures!!!!. Surely if using the switch to enter fuel mode this signifies the use OK. This would surely indicate that it is another module thats at fault, instrument cluster display unit perhaps.I would like some views re this please.
