Single din car stereo fit Mk6

Featured Replies

Quote

I have an aftermarket single din car stereo (SONY DSX-A410BT) that I want to replace the existing CD6000 double din. I need a cage so that the radio locks in place, but I can only see double din cages for the mk6 fiesta on Ebay. I have the facia kit etc. What cage do I need to buy for this single din car stereo?

Thanks

Charlee

It's going back a few years now but I fitted mine without an additional cage. Just needed the facia and a plastic bracket that attached to the back of the  radio that attached to a metal runner on the car ( may have reused one off the old radio but not sure it was a long time ago). Hopefully someone will be along who can give more detail.
