What size is your spare wheel in your Ford Fiesta Vignale please. 
I currently  have a space saver which has done 3 cars so far

    ...I can't answer your answer directly, as I don't have a Vignale, but why are you asking?  If you fit any wheel/tyre combination as a spare that isn't the same as the other three wheels, you'll have to drive at the same low speed.  So why not stick with the spacesaver?  Or, what exact size are your current wheels/tyres?  If you can fit one of these in your boot, then find a single spare alloy 2nd hand and then you can drive near-normal if you have to swop it out.
