USB, bluetooth not working mileage flashes

Hey everyone

so all of a sudden one day I switched on my car and the USB port didn’t work, the Bluetooth won’t work and the mileage is permanently flashing.

Weve taken the battery off, put on charge and put it back on again but it hasn’t done anything! 
 

does anyone have any ideas on the cause? I know nothing about cars 😞
