Iphone/Amazon notification (no sound} help.

Anyone out there got an iPhone when the notification sound on Amazon works.it's a massive issue that you get the notification but no sound.

All setting on app and phone are 100% on.

    Go to settings on your iPhone and then notifications, select the Amazon app and check there is a notification sound allocated, also check it's not set to 'deliver silently'. If that doesn't work then get a proper android phone 😉

    Same phone as mine, it's a cracker. 

    The steps I suggested should hopefully help,if not then I can check my wife's iPhone for you
