Cooling fan running

My 2019 1.5 ecoboost S Max seems to have an issue with the cooling fan running. After even a short journey of a few miles when it's switched off the cooling fan will run very loud and fast for five minutes or so. Its not over heating, runs fine otherwise, coolant isn't low etc. Ford looked at it on the last service and said no fault, but it doesn't seem right to me. Anyone else experienced this?

    Normally when that happens it’s because of the Aircon gas is low pull the aircon fuse to eliminate it and if the fan stops it’s your air-conditioning needs topped up
