6000 Rds Lock / Need Pin Pls

i have bought a 6000rds from my mate at a salvage yard , but apparantly it is locked AND i need the pin

serial number is M 141 299

if its locked 10 you should find instructions on how to get 3 more attempts at code inputting if you do a google search for locked 10, if its locked 13 it can only be done at the dealers, code for the radio is - 8289.
