Just out of curiosity what parts are included / used during a 'Convenience Check' ?

Surely the use of the word 'Check' implies that no actual work will be done, and therefore no parts used.

Unless they are counting the mechanics shoe leather as he walks round the car kicking the tyres 🤔

I think I could find better ways to invest £826.80. (I just love the 80 pence)

I think you'll have to add up what the individual items would cost you in order to decide.

For comparison. my last MOT cost £32 (was £27 pre-Covid) and I regard brake fluid changes at 2 years unnecessary - every 4 years is fine.

Here are all the service check sheets for Major service, standard service and Interim convenience check.

convenience check.

So if you hit lucky, you will get up to 1 litre of oil, 500ml of anti freeze and 500ml of screen wash, but no checks or adjustment of tyre pressure that I can see.

Seems more inconvenient to have to go to all the time and effort.
