Noise coming from passenger side , something rubbing or catching

I have a Ford Fiesta 2013 , it had a service in January and recently been to garage due to a blown Tyer on passenger side while it was there I asked them to look to see what could be making the noise they ended up changing a broken spring . But the noise is still there so it is something else. It comes from the driver side and the noise happens when i take my foot off the break and accelerate. As soon as I press the break it stops . It isn’t all the time. It does sound like a rubbing or catching sound . Does anyone have any ideas ?
