What's the best way to check if your a/c  is working 100%. I've just had mine regased, but it does not seem to be putting out  really cold air.

    Have you got a thermometer you could stick in the vents? 

    There's no real set temperature because it depends on the temp of the incoming air...but there should be a noticeable decrease compared to that.  For a very rough idea I'd be expecting around 5c or so at the vents.  It should also feel 'icy' to the touch, as when opening a fridge door.

    I'm assuming you never got it done at KwikFit? They measure temp before & after, and after regas,  if not reached to a predetermined level, you get a refund...
