67 plate diesel fiesta oil pressure issue.

Hi all,

brought a 1.5 diesel(120)fiesta at the start of April. It’s on 86,000 miles.  It’s been back to the dealer a few times due to numerous issues which are slowly getting fixed under warranty. What they can’t seem to fix is the low oil pressure Alert we get every so often. Every time I’ve checked the oil it’s black, and maybe looks a little over filled? I’m not sure. Is this a common issue? Picture attached.

The things that have been replaced since purchase are

camshaft seals (because of a leak)

cambelt

brakes

air intake pipe (as it was hanging off)

And soon the air con compressor is getting replaced. Seems excessive to say the car was serviced 3 months before purchase. Any ideas?

thanks

I don’t believe so, it’s definitely something to look into though. Thanks👍

Can’t really answer the specific. Question but oil on diesel usually looks very black even if only just changed
