Ford fiesta Bluetooth keeps disconnecting from my phone

Featured Replies

Hi I'm new hoping for help

I have ford fiesta titanium 2010 I'm having issue with my Bluetooth  it used to connect to my car without any problems and just recently its started disconnecting then having trouble connecting first I thought it was my phone so purchased a new the new phone was connecting for about a month then after a month stopped connecting I've looked on Google for a solution pretty much tried everything that was suggested and still not won't even connect now as any one had the same issue and can he'll me please

Thanks Emma

Hello Emma, welcome to the Ford Owners Club

The fault is very probably the Bluetooth module is slowly but surely dying

I think on your model you should find it located above the glovebox. If you completely remove the glovebox and then look up you should be able to see the bluetooth module. It quite often has a Nokia label on it. Remove the module and look on e-bay for the same part number, you will find one for under £20. They are just plug and play, no programming required.
