1.0MHEV induction kit v ST kit

Featured Replies

I'm looking into purchasing an induction kit for my 1.0 MHEV but there is nothing available with a heat shield etc.

I was going buy the ST kit as this surely it can't be very different. The MAF housing should be the same so a little modding if any should be minimal.

Any thoughts?

What's the reason for changing the air intake in this case, the sensor will just adjust to the 'extra' to compensate to what it is programed to read. I don't really notice any air intake noise from my ST tbh so if it was for that im not sure you'll notice much difference.

If the kits were the same they would advertise them as being such. They might look the same but, it’s probably like the mk7 where the ST had a lager diameter MAF housing and hoses from the airbox/MAF.

theres plenty of kits for a 1.0l they should fit
