Air condition not working.

Featured Replies

Hi there!

I bought this s-max about a month ago. Now i've come to realize that the AC aint working.

I read some guides and checked the radiator fan wires, no problem there.

The ac compressor starts running when i turn it on, but the radiator fan doesnt start running 'til the engine is running hot.

When i start the ac, im getting this chirping sound inside the car. But it doesnt seems to be coming from the compressor.

Now; i did try to get any codes from the climacontrol, but nothing. I checked the wiring loom to the radiator fan, nothing there either. And i also removed the AC relay and tried to by-pass it to no avail . After i put the relay back in place the compressor wont start again unless i by-pass the relay.

Any siggestions what to do now?

Thanks in advance

Take it to have it recharged, if they do it right they'll check it over first.
