Hi all, great find this forum, I am sure there is plently of useful information on here, and will be looking for any tricks and tips for my car. However, I have a problem with the fuel flap/door in that, well its essentially snapped off.

I have taken a look online and seem to be able to buy the replacement flap and spray for it, but for the love of god can't find out or figure out how I would fix and replace. Currently the existing broken flap hinge seems jammed - but to be fair have as yet to really tried to unjam it or spent much time trying to do anything with it. If its a pain to do i.e. need panels removing then I will have to stump up the £120 (estimate ove the phone) that ford have asked for to do it.....

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
