Not sure what this symbol on instrument display means!

Hi Folks,

New to the forum but been a previous Ford owner, Focus and Kuga.  Recently bought a Fiesta MK8 (2019) for use by my better half and myself.

Happy with the car but been unable to work out what this intermittent symbol is on the instrument display (detailed in attached picture).  The cruise control and speed limiter are not enabled when this happens.  Grateful for any insight as we are stumped!  Thanks in advance.

Not clear from the pic, is it a foot on a pedal  , white, grey or green depending on screen.

if it is , it’s an advisory to adjust speed for upcoming road conditions. Should be in the online handbook through the Ford Pass App if you have it.

Speed Limiter has been turned on, but is not active (you haven't set the speed).

Thanks for your feedback, going to download the Ford pass app and check it out.  Don't recall turning the speed limiter on but will check that also.

The Ford Owners Handbook is quite poor for your model, about 80% pointless warnings that no one reads, 10% pictures and 10% actual useful information.
