Aux port not working - Ford Fiesta 2010

Featured Replies

Greetings,

I just bought a Ford Fiesta 2010 with an AUX port that does not work. When i press the Aux button the screen always shows the message "Line In Active" no matter if an AUX cable is connected with a device or not. The car has also a Bluetooth option from which i can access the contacts of my phone but i cannot stream music through it. Any help to fix the problem will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Seems normal to me. If  a device is connected and playing music does the audio come through?

Again this could be normal. The Bluetooth in my 2005 Mondeo can do phone calls but nothing else via Bluetooth.

Correct, BlueTooth in this age of car is for phone only, it doesn't stream music. 12 year old tech is now classed as pre-historic!
