MK7 Fiesta A/C Regas?

Featured Replies

I've went to see about 2 mk7 fiestas now and I've asked the owners of about 3 or 4 other fiestas for sale, and 5/6 have said to me that the A/C needs a regas, was this a common thing on these fiestas or did it have some kind of design flaw etc that caused a lot of them to leak or? Thanks

It's not just Fiesta's.  AC is empty and/or broken on most used cars.  I've found many people in the UK just aren't bothered about it.

Have tried to use 'working AC' as a unique selling point when selling my own cars a few times and found very few people were interested, let alone swayed by it.

Never believe anyone saying it just needs a regas.  That's the absolute best case scenario.  Most will need repair first.

My aircon in my 2016 fiesta doesn’t work because the compressor has an internal fault jamming it all up.  If selling the car I could just say I think it needs a regas
