Hi all

I have just installed a 4” non touch sync 1 satnav system 

 

The bluetooth module part number is D1BT-14D212-RA

The APIM module number is F1BT-18B955-DC

and I’m having problems with the Bluetooth microphone, I have tried part number 8M5T-19A391-AB and that hasn’t worked I still don’t get any outgoing audio when talking, I have tried a generic mic from Amazon and that doesn’t work either, you have to shout into the mic to barely hear anything, so I know it’s working but the microphone doesn’t seem sensitive enough.

The oem microphone below is the one I tried and that didn’t work at all.

Does anyone have any ideas where I might be going wrong have I got the wrong part.

help please 🙏
