Hello I’ve got a 1L red edition 16 plate dose anyone know what aircon gas it take it hasn’t got a label under the bonnet to tell you also dose anyone know where I can get the aircon system o rings from I only need 2 for the rad but Ford don’t sell them separately

    On a 2016 Fiesta I think it'll be R1234YF.

    @92009 If you PM me the reg I'll double check on ETIS.

    Regarding the O-rings, you might be able them on ebay from someone splitting a bulk bag from Ford.  Or try a local AC specialist.  I wouldn't just buy random ones online as the time and cost involved inrepair way exceeds a few extra quid for good quality seals.

    The gas itself came in before that, but does vary between models.  The Focus's seem to have got it later than the Fiestas.  Only sure way to tell is to check the sticker or ETIS.  (Or measure the ports.)

    Just checked a few Red Editions for sale on Ebay.  So far all of the '16 plates have been the old R134a.  The '66 plates have been a mixture of old & new.  Earliest build date for HF01234YF so far is November 4th 2016.
