Remote Locking Issue

Featured Replies

I've got a 2014 S-Max and recently the remote locking won't lock the driver door

I'll double press the button, hear the clicks and see all the doors lock. But if I try the driver door it opens, only the driver door not the others.

My only option is to use the physical key.

When you are in the car with the ignition on do you get a warning that a door is not closed ?

Sorry, but to be clear so that we can help, do you actually mean you "see all the other three doors lock" ?

Shall we open a book to see if @SeanMwill be visiting us again? 🤣

Hello,

it may be that your central locking solenoid on your drivers door is faulty. I would remove the door trim and test it.
