Aftermarket head unit advice - Fiesta Zetec Climate 55 plate

Hi peeps, 

My son wants to fit an aftermarket head unit in his 55 plate Fiesta Zetec Climate. 

I've got some experience doing this in my previous cars, but none with a fiesta. 

Ideally he's looking to fit a single din unit, so I'm thinking he'll need to fit a double din cage with a single blanking plate. 

Does anyone know if the factory head unit is a standard double din, and therefore any double din cage will suffice? 

I'm assuming I'll be able to find the removal keys online, but if anyone has a link that'd be great.
