    it can be done first you need the cruise control very expensive then yiou need the 4 spoke steering wheel with the controls again expensive then the ecu needs programmed for the cruise control make some connections (and maybe install some sensors, for brake pedal, acceleration pedal and gear-box) and also make some changes to the computer. ford will charge 8 hours labour alone for this mainly the ghias that have it some ford dealers just wont do it some can in short its way too expensive to add on
