JustaGuy
my partner has a 2004 manual ford fiesta and it has popped the push rod off the clutch pedal cause the pedal to fly forward smashing the control switch placed above it to pieces i have sourced a new one and though it would be easy enough to get in but once i got into it it soon occurred that it wasnt quiet as simple as i had hoped, the switch unit has two tabs on it which slip into a cut out template seating the switch where it wants to sit i though it would be a tight fit and stay there snug but its very lose and obviously has some other sort of fixing that keeps its secure that has been smashed or gone missing in the process of the clutch pedal flying at it, is there anyone who has done a replacement before and owuld be able to explain to me how it is install big thanks!! looking forward to responses
TomsFocus
The switch has to be rotated quarter turn to lock it in position.
