Global opening problem

Hello,

Im new and never post. I have an issue with my global opening.

I have a 2012 smax 2L diesel which I only bought a few days ago.

Today I unlocked it with just one single click (not holding down)  and all the windows came down and would not go back up until I got in and did each one manually. This happens every time I unlock it!!

Is this a key fob or car fault? Is there a quick fix or is there a way to turn global opening off?
