Jack plug ford fiesta 2009, can i add an usb port ?

Hi everyone, I recently joined the ford fiesta owner club, my fiesta is from 2009 and i want to know if it's possible to add an usb port to my car because i only have a jack plug and this is an issue for me because the skip button of the car don't work on my phone and i can't switch music... Is there a solution for my problem, it 's really annyoing to not being able to switch song with the buttons of the car.
