Hi, got a 2016 (65 plate) Ford Fiesta 1.0 Ecoboost Zetec S Black Edition (140bhp) and the engine has blown up, need to buy a new one was wondering if anyone knows the engine code as read elsewhere it could be YYJA or YYJB so not sure which one it is or how to find out.

    Engine code should be on your V5 logbook which is the cleanest way to find out. 

    It will also have been stamped on the engine block but that's not easy to find while the engine is in the car.  It may also be on a sticker on plastic cover, but the stickers do fall off over time.
