Headlights Stuck On Beam!

Featured Replies

Hi im new to the forum and have recently bought a 56 fiesta, only 6000 miles on the clock so fairly new. I've got a problem with working the lights

I can get the side lights on ( with one click to the right) but when I click one more time to the right the full beams cme up and the blue beam light comes up on the dashboard. How do i get my normal night driving lights on?

Has it got anything to do with the switch that goes 0,1,2,3 ect.

Would appreciate any help

thanks

Hi,

I doubt it's the switch you detailed there. I would think that more likely to be the stalk switch for main beam or perhaps the main beam relay stuck in the 'on' position. I would guess it would be case of getting the old multimeter out and check the switch out ..... then go from there. Can't be too specific as not got the wiring diagram or know how the systems set up. Hope that helps?

Trying flicking the high beam stalk to turn it off

RTFM! Was the common response to such questions on Skoda forum I was a member off.

Guys this thread is 4+ years old, I really hope the OP got it sorted by now!
