Washer pump not working

My car is unable to have mot due to my washer not working when pressing on the bottom it doesn’t make a sound , they try to change the fuel and the washer but still isn’t working 

What is wrong need to get it sorted asap

    Is it frozen with ice? Check connector plug on the pump (of course you need to gain access to bottom of reservoir to do that). Use voltmeter on connector plug to see if voltage is present when you press the button.

    Had problems with mine freezing solid last week, but that shouldn't be an issue for anyone now.
