... nearside belt, then (in this order) central belt and nearside buckle.

Are other cars like this? Is there any reason for this?

I would've thought nearside buckle and then central belt would've been more logical. Mind you, logic and Ford are words you seldom see in the same sentence.

Dor the record, contunuing across to the nearside, there is a double buckle, and then the nearside belt.
