Ford fiesta 2013 1.0 Ecoboost - Engine management light - P0062-62 Code

Featured Replies

Afternoon everyone,

I have a Ford fiesta 2013 1.0 Ecoboost.  Around a week ago I was involved in a minor accident (Driver-side - Front bumper and headlight visibly damaged).  Since then, when I start the car and drive it for around a mile, the engine management light keeps coming on with 'Service Now' message.  The car loses a little power too.

I got it checked from a diagnostics place and P0062-62 Code is showing.  This makes me think that although not visible, there might be some damage behind the bumper.  But I don't know how to check it.  Having a look at the engine at the top, the pipes are tightly fitted and nothing is loose.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
