FORD FIESTA 2003 RADIO NOT GETTING POWER

Featured Replies

Hello! I've recently bought a new radio for my ford fiesta 2003. At first, I took a radio that required a power adapter, so I installed it and everything worked fine for 2 hours, then a friend of mine turn volume up too much as it instantly turned off. I checked original radio and it was working, so I decided to refund my radio and buy a new one, so I went for a more expensive item which was on sale. Today it arrived and I tried to connect, but it doesn't get power to turn the screen on. What I noticed is that if I connect my phone USD to the radio, and I press the reset button on it the phone says it was charging for a millisecond, then power goes off again and everything seems offline... Any help please? Note that my adapter is with hub so that I don't have to connect wires via tape

Both fuses from car and radio are fine. Infact if I plug in the stock ford radio it works.. it first asks for security code then works just properly...
