Leather Handbreak Cover Ripped, Dint Know What To Do?

Hey all I am fed up of my fiesta bandbreak cover ripping, it is the 3rd replacement in 2 months, ford apparently strippd down the centre console to see if anything was ripping it but I don't think they could find anything, what should I do I'm fed up I'd taking back to ford, it was fitted with the interior pack 1

    Take it to a trimming company and get a decent one made.

    Or post a pic and maybe i can help as i am an upholsterer and could point you in the right direction of what could be wrong.

    Thanks but I didn't really want to be paying for it repairing myself as I shouldn't have to, do you live in the Leeds area as I swear I keep seeing your user name as a fiesta reg number?

    Nope i live in Suffolk, about 15 miles from Cambridge.

    Demand a new one from ford, its under warranty so they should sort it.
