FordPass is a mobile phone app - one of the things it can show is oil life as a percentage. Alternatively, it can be found on the dash screen. I don't know if either the dash or FordPass show oil life for your year of Fiesta though. If you don't have any percentage indication, and the car was last serviced nearly a year ago, then I would have to err on the side of caution and suggest that the oil is changed as soon as you can reasonably do so.
