Missing seat belt

Featured Replies

I have just bought at 2007 S Max privately and have noticed there is no seat belt in the very back driver's seat and no evidence there ever was. However there is the clip that you put the seat belt into beside the seat. I've been in touch with my local Ford dealer who came to the conclusion it is a five seater car and the V5 is wrong (what??)

Head office have refused to look into it saying the car is too old but this has left the seat unusable and has obviously been done at the factory. Any ideas please?

Can you just clear up a few things please.

Has your car got 3 rows of seats ?  --- If yes, then is it only the very back seat on the drivers side that is missing the seat belt ?

Does your V5c document say that the car is a 7 seater ?
