Rythmic incosistent squealing/squeak coming from wheel.

Featured Replies

Anyone got any ideas? I am yet to locate which wheel it is. They are the regular sized alloy wheels on the fiesta. It mainly seems to happen on and off in slow traffic at slow speeds. I dont think its the case that the engine/road noise drowns it out at higher speeds as its that high pitched and loud that I think id hear it, espeacially with the window open. The squeaking seems to go with the rotations of the wheel in a rythmic pattern. I have also noticed that it doesnt seem to do it when the car has just pulled off but later on in the drive (mabye be relating to parts warming up?). Again its very inconsistent and I may just be making patterns up in my head. I would just take it to the garage but it seems like one of those things that wont turn up when I take it so I thought Id get some potential ideas first.
