Does anyone know where to get the o,rings from for the injectors for a 1.8 tdci mk2 ? I have no.1 no.4 leaking the tar and I’ve already had them out cleaned up all the mess but used the old o,rings as I could not find the ones I needed this was about 3/4 months ago so lasted a while, thanks. 

Have you tried Ford parts desk?  Might not be all that expensive, although they may be sold in large packs.  

When you say o-rings do you mean the copper washers?  Combustion shouldn't really be passing the copper washers.  You may have to recut the injector seats if it is.

Parts catalogue is offline at the moment so I can't get part numbers.  There are a few different types available in packs of 4 on ebay.

 

Yeah the copper washers. Just hard to find the ones I need mate.  I’ve put a picture up see if you can make it out but it was ok for a few months now back to the black tar coming out. So would I need a cutting tool to re seat them ?

Yeah, if the injector seats need re-cutting you'll need a tool like this - 7pc Diesel Injector Seat Cutter Set Universal Injector Re-Face Tool SKD-11 (autotoolsdirect.com)

 

I've found the correct washers.  Bad news is they're £7 each!  Part number 1364301.

Personally, I'd drop them an ebay message to ask if they'll do discount for buying 4.  Or ask your local dealer using that part number.

 

Yeah nice one. I don’t mind paying £7 each as I only need to do 2 of the injectors and I’ll have to get that cutting tool to do the job but yeah thanks buddy for finding me the part.
