When I purchased my used 2019 Fiesta ST in October, the previous owner had the first 2 services done and the dealer did the 3rd service early for me as part of the purchase deal.

None of these services had been uploaded onto the Ford Pass app (the car has no service book, all the service history should be on the Ford Pass app from what I understand). I have the receipt's from all 3 services to prove that they have been done, and the dealer showed me the services on their systems.

They have managed to get the 1st and 2nd services uploaded onto the Ford Pass app. However I have chased the dealer and they are struggling to get the 3rd service uploaded. I know that the systems have been changing (as the dealer told me that the 3rd service was recorded on a newer updated system). 

Has anyone had any experience of services not getting uploaded onto the Ford Pass app?

Never had any of mine come through onto the app, I wouldn’t worry. 

I wouldnt lose no sleep over it tbh. Dealers are not allowed to pass on the service records IF they provide any data or information that it shouldn't.

None of mine are on the Ford Pass App either and they were definitely done.

Strange, all of mine are on it, even if they are not in the actual log book.

Only the last 2 years showing on mine,  but its got full main dealer service history.
