Gear gaiter removel and gear knob change.

Evening all. 

I've just brought myself a 2016 fiesta and I want to change the gear knob but the gaitor is connect,  I believe.  Does anyone have a tutorial video or can point me into the direction of one.

    The top part of the gearknob should just unscrew.  Hold it as if you were changing gear and twist anti-clockwise.
