Is R3 needed for Power Folding mirrors on Mk7.5?

Hi everyone, I also posted this on Reddit so sorry if you have already seen this.
 
I have been looking at doing an electric powerfolding mirror retrofit on my 2013 Fiesta. I have checked the wiring behind the door cards and I have the 10 pin connectors that are needed but when looking at the passenger compartment fuse box, it doesn't have R3 (which I have heard may be required?)
Does anyone know if R3 is needed for power folding mirrors on the Mk7.5 or does anyone have powerfolding mirrors but doesn't have R3 in he passenger compartment fuse box?
