Electric windows don't go up or down. If I turn on the car and drive it and switch it off with the keys still in and immediately press the windows switches then it goes down and up for a few moments. But when the car is running the windows don't work. Any suggestions

    Yes replaced the battery and alternator

    Windows need a full reset.

    Disconnect the car battery and leave it off for 30 minutes. Then reconnect the battery and wait 5 minutes.

    The windows should go down as normal. If when trying to make them go up they only go so far and then reverse back a little way you need to reset the bounce back. See the hand book for the procedure.

    they don't work i just tried it. can it somehow be related to smart charge as it is unplugged
